InHealth are an accredited provider of AQP Adult Hearing and will be delivering this audiology service on behalf of NHS Birmingham Cross City CCG in your local area.
We will be providing the audiology service from the below locations:
- Ley Hill Surgery, 228 Lichfield Road, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield B74 2UE
- Yardley Wood Health Centre, 401 Highfield Road, Yardley B14 4DU
We are currently setting up new clinics in surrounding areas to provide even more convenient location for patients. Once these sites are set-up we will contact you.
You can use
Choose & Book to refer a patient to the AQP adult hearing service. To select InHealth as a provider, choose ‘AQP Adult Hearing – select clinic name from above – InHealth’, listed in the service name field.
Alternatively, complete one of our approved referral forms (from the menu on the right)
InHealth also have AQP Adult Hearing Services at Northwood Medical Centre in Birmingham and Woodsetton Medical Centre in Dudley.
