InHealth recognised there was a need for audiology patients in London to have quick access to help when using their hearing aids, we set-up a help-desk just for audiology patients to phone to speak to a hearing care specialist. This service is now fully available to London patients and means that we can solve patient concerns and queries over the phone saving them having to go to their local InHealth site for an appointment.

InHealth identified there was a need for increased training for InHealth sonographers and healthcare assistant working in London regarding diversity and equality. A training day was recently organised by InHealth and attended by 21 staff and will be run every 6 months for new staff.
